This project is supported by Rio de Janeiro’s Municipal Secretariat of the Environment (SMAC – Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente). SMAC coordinates Rio de Janeiro’s Climate Change and Sustainable Development Policy and established GHG emissions reduction targets for the city. The city of Rio de Janeiro has committed that all works, programs, activities and projects should consider how to reduce GHG emissions, and this website helps facilitate that within the buildings sector.
